Legal basis and further information: We only process this data where we have your consent to do so. You can withdraw your consent for us collecting this information by changing the settings on the cookies tool on the Website.

Sources and recipients: We generate your Location Data by using MaxMind, Inc., which uses your IP address to provide information on your imprecise location. 

We may share this information with Google LLC and Amazon Web Services, Inc. in order to use certain cloud computing services in order to achieve these purposes. 

To understand how you use our Website, and improve our Website 

Purpose and data: We collect and use your Log and Usage data, Device Data, Location Data in order to:

  • Analyse how our Website is used so we can improve them to engage and retain users.

  • Determine which parts of our Website is most interesting and helpful to people and for other similar purposes.

  • To improve, test and monitor the quality and delivery of the Website.

  • To identify and correct any problems on the Website.

Legal basis and further information: We may process this personal data:

  • To pursue our legitimate interests in promoting our business and furthering our commercial interests.

Purpose and data: We collect and use your Ad Tracking Data and Location Data to understand how you interact with advertisements which we display on third-party websites. This enables us to measure the success of our ad campaigns, and understand what content you may be interested in.

Legal basis and further information: We process this personal data to pursue our legitimate interests in promoting our business and furthering our commercial interests. 

Sources and recipients: This information is collected using tracking technology (such as cookies) on third-party websites. If you see our advertisements on third-party websites, please refer to that website’s privacy notice for more information on how your information is being collected on that website (including how, if applicable, that third-party is using your Ad Tracking Data and Location Data). We access this information via Google LLC’s “Campaign Manager 360” service, which allows us to manage and understand the success of our ad campaigns. 

Section 5 below provides some general information on how you can control cookies, which are stored on your devices, via your browser settings.


  1. STORAGE, TRANSFERS AND DISCLOSURE

Storage & Transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom, but we regularly collaborate with an international network of partners, affiliates and subcontractors based in other countries. As such, personal information we collect may be transferred, and stored and processed outside of the UK and European Economic Area in a country in which we or our partners, affiliates or subcontractors maintain facilities.
